The Rudy Foundation (“RF”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit nonprofit organization dedicated to the support and recognition of those who aspire to fulfill their dreams through character, courage, contribution and commitment. Trusted Sports, Inc. (“TSI”) is youth sports company partnering with the Rudy Foundation to market and manage the College Football Rudy Awards.

RF and TSI are committed to protecting your personal privacy and the information you entrust to us. We provide this notice to explain the type of information that is collected at the www.rudywards.com and www.collegerudyawards.com (“Website”). This policy explains the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Our privacy policy is available to you to review on our homepage and at the web site.

The following College Football Rudy Awards material is intended for viewing in the United States and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.
